Lily Smith
Lily’s journey in entertainment hasn’t always been easy. Growing up, when asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” she would always respond, “Famous.” Her parents would question her, wondering how she planned to achieve that without participating in the performing arts. Lily simply replied, “It will happen.”
Although she believed she was funny, she doubted anyone else did—until some staff members at her camp took a chance on her and cast her in the weekly scripted comedy show. Lily thrived, eventually becoming head writer, part of the first female host duo and later mentoring new hosts.
After graduating college with a degree in film, she was eager to return to the stage. She took a stand-up class at Stevie Ray’s and soon received an email about an audition for their comedy troupe. Lily auditioned and was accepted right away. Since spring 2023, she has been a member of the Stevie Ray’s comedy troupe and has developed a passion for improv comedy.
When she’s not performing, you can find her on air at KS95, taking figure skating lessons or wasting her hard earned checks from Stevie at Ridgedale Mall.
Lily dreams of writing television shows and, one day, becoming famous.
