Kelly lived in Los Angeles for more than a decade working in film/TV in various roles in business & legal affairs and finance. She earned her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, where she focused on financial modeling and entrepreneurship. She relocated to the Twin Cities in 2019 to be closer to family and she has never felt more at home.
Kelly currently works in corporate strategy with Optum Frontier Therapies, a rare disease pharmacy. Over the last two years, she has fully immersed herself in the improv comedy community around the Twin Cities, taking numerous classes with Stevie Ray’s and other theaters around town. Kelly is passionate about live theater of all forms — from stand-up to musical theater — and she is thrilled to help shape the direction of Stevie Ray’s and to provide a platform for the immensely talented Twin Cities comedy community.
