Although Kaitlyn’s professional background is numbers-focused, she is no stranger to the arts. Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with a BS in Mathematics and a BS in Business Administration. She has been employed by a Fortune Five company and is currently employed by a Minnesota-based nonprofit insurance carrier.
Kaitlyn’s passion for music and performance date back to elementary school when she attended her first live musical, and later when she began playing the clarinet. Kaitlyn performed in the premiere of Lowak Shoppola’ (Fire and Light) with the Oklahoma Youth Orchestra in 2009. Today, she is a member of the Minnesota Freedom Band and is involved in She Rock She Rock, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through music. Kaitlyn attended her first Stevie Ray’s show in early 2018 and has been their self-proclaimed biggest fan ever since. As a board member, Kaitlyn is eager to grow the Stevie Ray’s community and strengthen the Twin Cities comedy scene.
